This eight-week online Programme is for professionals who need to get a great strategic marketing plan completed by Christmas 2019. The Programme is taught by the renowned marketing Professor Malcolm McDonald and his business colleague, Edmund Bradford.
It will cover eight steps in eight weeks, ending with a draft strategic marketing plan for you to use in your business or organization. The steps are based on his 30 years of research at Cranfield University and Edmund’s extensive experience in putting them into practice.
Throughout the Programme, you will learn how to use the key tools of strategic marketing. You will be exposed to an engaging mix of case studies, narratives and problem-solving activities designed to provide you with an understanding of marketing that will endure beyond the Programme.
By the end of the Programme you will have a strategic marketing plan and be a more effective strategic leader.
You will be involved in three webinars during the Programme to help you understand the steps, to help you get immediate value from them and to help keep you on course to a successful plan at the end.
Finally, there will be an informal get together in England at the end of the Programme where you will be able to meet Malcolm and Edmund and receive your own signed course completion certificate from Malcolm personally.
